“The beds were so soft that I fell inches in the middle of the bed, the breakfast is mediocre at best with too many carbs and inadequate protein and the front desk refused to give me receipt when I checked out. I feel the statement of running out of paper as the reason for their inability to print a receipt was not truthful. The first stay was good a couple of weeks ago but I will not stay there again”

“They have a predatory no-cancellation policy and the front-desk staff was annoyed to have to talk to us. My wife and I are pretty mellow and we're polite, especially to people doing their jobs, so we almost always have a good experience. But this hotel was too much. They made us wait outside at night for 10 minutes before coming to the door, then acted like we were annoying them. I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it.……

“This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around.”

“First off when we arrived after 11 PM pulled into the parking lot and noticed broken down cars and homeless persons sitting in a lot. I went inside to check in. I could not hear the attendant through the plastic or glass shield that was supposedly protecting the attendant. We got to our room and Weir immediately disappointed with the smell and how dirty the room the chairs the tables were. The next morning after taking a shower, which was not terrible.
